SCOTUS grants cert in DePierre v US

If you will recall in a post last week, I had mentioned that this term of the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) that three were several cases that we were watching as they involved forensic science.

This particular case was re-listed for long conference for the 8th of October.  Today, the SCOTUS granted certiorari.
