The Truth About Forensic Science Blog at the American Academy of Forensic Sciences Meeting

 

For the fourth year in a row, The Truth About Forensic Science blog is at the American Academy of Forensic Sciences annual meeting. Specifically, Justin J. McShane, JD, F-AIC is co-chairing  Scientific Workshop #14 which is entitled “Melendez-Diaz, Bullcoming, and Williams: Scientific Evidence and the Right to Confrontation” which is being held in Washington 3 on Monday, February 18, 2013 beginning at 1:30 PM. At that Workshop he will be presenting “The Defense Perspective.” He is also presenting Session E41 in the Jurisprudence Section on Friday, February 22, 2013 beginning at 4:20PM a presentation entitled “EPA, GLP, and USP vs. Forensic Science: Where is the Commutability? Why Are There no Standardized Methods Across All of Forensic Science?”
